About Me

Rob Williford

A frequent collaborator of Luke Combs, Williford penned his 2019 CMA Song of the Year, “Beautiful Crazy,” which went RIAA-certified double platinum and ruled Billboard’s Country Music Airplay chart, holding the No. 1 spot for seven straight weeks. Williford also wrote Combs' chart-topping singles “Forever After All” and “Doin This,” which both went to No. 1 on the Country Airplay Chart and racked up hundreds of millions of streams.

Originally from Gastonia, NC, Williford plays guitar and sings BGVs on Combs’ current stadium tour. His latest endeavor is collaborating on a studio project with Kyle Cook of Matchbox 20 and producer David Mescon. The album, written and co-produced by Williford, is expected to be released later this year. When he’s not on the road touring or writing songs, “Rowdy” can be found catching bass on Percy Priest Lake or playing 90s country on the jukebox at the local Waffle House.
